I certainly have– in fact, it happens all the time.
I have been cooking in kitchens, over campfires, and with friends for as long as I can remember. I have been cooking for a living for over 30 years. All of our menu items reflect the influence of countless teachers, cookbooks, kitchen comrades, and cultures on my own cooking style.
I love to cook, I love to eat, and I love to share food with folks. I am happy to share my food with you! It is my hope that your meal will fill your belly, fill up your senses, and make you smile.
